Von der Milz ausgehende Zysten.
Häufigkeit:
Selten.
Symptome:
Meist kaum Symptome, am häufigsten Beschwerden im Epigastrium.
Befunde:
Meist kein klinischer Befund, ggf. tastbare Resistenz.
Diagnostik:
Weitere Untersuchungen sind Ultraschall, CT, MRT.
Therapie:
Größere und symptomatische Milzzysten sollten operativ behandelt werden.
