Strahlenschäden am Darm

Definition:
Akute und chronische Schäden im Darm nach einer Bestrahlung
Häufigkeit:
Kommt gelegentlich als Komplikation bei der Bestrahlung von abdominalen Karzinomen vor.
Symptome:
Die Symptome in der Akutphase sind Diarrhö, Magenschmerzen, Anorexie und Abgeschlagenheit. Chronische Schmerzen können nach etwa einem Jahr mit Malabsorption, Diarrhö, Magenschmerzen, Blutungen und Abszessbildung vorkommen.
Befunde:
Der klinische Befund hängt von den aktuellen Komplikationen ab.
Diagnose:
Die Diagnose wird mit Röntgen und Endoskopie bestätigt.
