Schleimbeutelentzündung der Ferse (Kalkaneus-Bursitis)

Definition:
Entzündung des Schleimbeutels im Bereich der Achillessehne.
Häufigkeit:
Tritt in der Regel im mittleren und höheren Lebensalter auf.
Symptome:
Schmerzen im Fersenbereich, die sich beim Tragen von engen Schuhen verstärken.
Befunde:
Bei Palpation im Bereich des Schleimbeutels Schmerzen, Schwellung und ggf. Fluktuation.
Diagnostik:
Weitere Untersuchung dienen in erster Linie dem Ausschluss von Differenzialdiagnosen.
Therapie:
Druckentlastung an der Ferse, ggf. NSAR-Gabe und Kortisoninjektion. Eine Operation mit Resektion der Bursa ist nur in Ausnahmefällen indiziert.
