Definition:
Symptomenkomplex nach Absetzen oder Dosisreduktion von Antidepressiva mit raschem Auftreten innerhalb der ersten Woche nach Absetzen, spontaner Rückbildung innerhalb von ca. 2 Wochen und überwiegend milder Symptomatik.
Häufigkeit:
Keine zuverlässigen Daten.
Symptome:
Häufigste Symptome sind Schwindel, Benommenheit, Gleichgewichtsstörungen, Abgeschlagenheit, Kopfschmerz, Übelkeit und Erbrechen, Insomnie, Reizbarkeit.
Diagnostik:
Klinische Diagnose, keine apparative Diagnostik erforderlich.
Therapie:
Keine spezifische Therapie. Langsames Ausschleichen einer antidepressiven Medikation über mindestens 4 Wochen.
